This primary source shows the rates of unemployment throughout the 1930's to the 1940's and how new presidents like FDR and new laws like the New Deals affected the unemployment rate. This chart shows that even with a new political party and a new president that everybody seemed to love and new government power giving people free benefits, unemployment rate stayed consistently high. The unemployment rate did not go down until America joined World War 2. This was caused because most of the men went to battle and factories needed more and new people to build weapons and armory. FDR and the New Deals did not get America out of the great depression, World War 2 got America out of the gerat depression.

FDR's library is explored and shows significant events that occurred during his presidency, and multiple indices present and their dates, including the Alaska Index, Arcadia Index and multiple provisions of the Atlantic Charter Index. In each index, there would be an approximated date corresponding to President Roosevelt's actions and explains what such documents composed these indices.
This is significant because it serves as both a timeline and a document-based repository of information. This could be extremely helpful when writing a DBQ and is extremely efficient at relaying information.
